We despatch orders on weekdays only (Monday-Friday except bank Holidays)

Standard Delivery

If you choose the Standard delivery option (£4.95, Free when you spend £75 or more online) then your order will be delivered between 2-3 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery

If you choose the Next Working Day delivery option (£6.95 UK Main Land, £12.50 for Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Spend £75 or more and the shipping costs become  - £2.00 or £7.55) then your order will be despatched the following working day provided that you made your order by 1pm GMT Monday - Thursday. If you place your order over the weekend (any time after 1pm on Friday) then it will arrive on Tuesday. Orders to be delivered to the Channel Islands, Scotish Highlands and Northern Ireland will require an extra working day for delivery.

  • Ireland (ROI) - Shipping Price £16.95 - delivery within 2-3 working days
  • France - Shipping Price £15.00 - delivery within 2-3 working days
  • Germany - Shipping Price £15.00 - delivery within 2-3 working days
  • Netherlands - Shipping Price £16.95 - delivery within 2 -3 working days
  • Denmark - Shipping Price - £19.50 - delivery within 3-5 working days

Returns

Customers buying gifts from the 7th November to the 21st December can receive an exchange or refund until Monday 11th January. The normal refund exclusions apply to this policy. The refund policy of 28 days below goes back to normal on 26th December

You have 28 days from the date the goods are received to return any items as long as they are in a saleable condition and all labels are attached and not removed. You will receive with your order a FREE POST returns label and all necessary paperwork. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order and return back to us the unwanted item/s.

Internet purchases can not be returned to a store!
If you would like to return an item/s, for whatever reason, you may do so provided we receive the goods within 28 days after the day you received them. The returned item/s must be unworn, not soiled and in a saleable condition. A sticky wallet and FREE POST returns label and Returns Form will be included in with your order. Please use the FREE POST returns label on the outside of the package when returning goods at your local Royal Mail Post Office. You may wish to upgrade your return to a Recorded service; this can be done at the post office.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any item, which has been altered, to your specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after you have received the item.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse.
