What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa (including Delta and Electron), Mastercard, UK Maestro, JCB and Solo cards. We don't accept cheques, AMEX or Diners cards.

We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide, so we maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.
You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the racinggreen.co.uk in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.

I have a voucher code. How do I use it?
You can provide your voucher code at the checkout in the voucher section. Only one voucher may be redeemed per order and there is a maximum of one voucher per person for a particular promotion. A minimum purchase price (inclusive of VAT) may be specified in the voucher. The voucher is redeemable on or before the expiry date specified in the voucher and may not be exchanged for cash.

I am having problems using the site
My login details/password don't work
Click on my account at top of the page. This will take you to the login page, where you can click on "Forgotten your password? Click here". You will find this link below the password section. Enter your email address that you registered with and click the "Get New Password" button. The system will automatically send you a new password to the email address that you gave when you registered.
Please note that by resetting your password, any payment information you have saved with us will be deleted.
If you forgot which email address you had used or are having problems please contact us via the support department on the contact us page.

If you are having any other issues with the website, please select the feedback department on the contact us page. It is very helpful for us if you provide the following information:
- Your operating system (eg Windows XP, Mac OS 9.0)
- Internet browser (Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1.0.4)

I have received my order
I want to return an item
We have extended our Returns and Exchange date for all purchase made from 14th November to 14th December, all purchases made between these date can be returned by 19th Jan 2009. All purchases made after 14th December will revert back to our 28day policy.
If you would like an exchange, place another order online--shipping is free and we'll credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return at this time.)
You will have received a FREE POST returns label with instructions on how to return the unwanted/faulty items. When returning your unwanted items. Please enclose a note stating your order number and your instructions, enclose this note with your goods when sealing up the parcel. Then stick the returns label to the outside of the packaging by folding along the dotted line and inserting it in to the sticky wallet supplied, as easy as that. If you don't have the document wallet any longer, just stick a piece of clear plastic over the returns label, so that the Racing Green address can clearly be seen and the returns label can be easily removed when it arrives. We advise that you use Royal Mail Post Office, please be aware that the returning of goods are solely the responsibility of the sender.
Please Note you can use alternative packaging when returning the goods. Royal Mail will have limits as to what can be accepted through the Free Post hence alternative packaging suggestion.
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any item which has been altered to your specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after you have received the item.

I have worn my item. Can I still return it?
The item must be in its original packaging, with the relevant tags still in place and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else as new. In the case of shoes, this means they must not have been worn outside. In the case of underwear and swimwear, the item must not have been worn.

Do I have to pay to return the item?
Please note we now have FREE POST on all UK Only returns. See Invoice for details. Please note that it is your responsibility when returning items and Racing Green can not be held responsible if your returned item goes missing during it’s return back to Racing Green.

You have refunded the wrong amount?
When we calculate the amount to refund you, we take into account:
- Any vouchers or promotions in the original purchase
- Whether we are refunding the delivery charge or no.
If you think we have incorrectly calculated the refund amount, please select the billing department on the contact us page and provide us with your order id and details of what you think the refund should be.

The product/size I want is not showing
We do not show products on the site that are not currently available. Where a size is not currently available, this will be indicated next to the size. We get frequent deliveries of stock. Please select the sales department on the contact us page to find out if the product is due in soon.

I need more information about a product
On each product page, you will find a description of the product, its relevant features, including fabric and care instructions. If a product has a size chart, you will find a link to it to the right of the main image. If you would like any additional information, please select the sales department on the contact us page.

Do you have a catalogue?
We don't currently produce a print catalogue. You can find all our products on the website, which is updated regularly as new products arrive.

Can I buy these items in a shop?
You can find a list of our stores here. Some of the products on this site may not be available in every store. Please call the store to find out whether your desired item is available before you go there.

Are all the items I can see on the site available to buy?
All of the items you see are available to buy. If a particular size is not available, this information will show when you select the size. Occasionally if we have strong demand for a particular product we may not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order. If this happens we will send you an email suggesting an alternative item. You may cancel your order if you wish.

Questions about delivery
How much is your delivery charge?
Our standard charge is £5.50 (incl. VAT) to deliver anywhere in the Uk with in 2-3 working days of being despatched, Standard Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish High lands and the Isle of Man will be £9.00.
You can also choose an Express Delivery option for next working day delivery (orders placed before 1pm) for £8.95 with in the UK. Express delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man will cost £12.00 and will take 1-2 working days. Unfortunately at present we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Guernsey or Jersey.
We now offer a Saturday delivery serivce for residents within the UK. The cost is £20 and you will be required to place your order before 1pm Friday. The Saturday delivery option excludes: Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Norther Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that all our services require a signature before the goods are released by the courier. Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If we receive an order before 1pm, we aim to despatch the order the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the following working day. Although we will do our best to ensure this happens, we cannot guarantee these delivery times. You should receive the goods within 2-3 working days if you select the standard service or next working day if you have selected the Express Service, after they have been despatched.

Which courier do you use?
We use DHL for all our deliveries and Royal Mail FREE POST for Returns. On some occasions we will use Royal Mail at our discretion.

Can I have the goods delivered to someone else?
When you register, you will be asked to provide an address in your account details.
If you want to change the delivery address after you have created your account, you can do so either by going to Manage my address book in my account section and add your new delivery address. Alternatively, when you get to the checkout confirmation page click on "change address" under the delivery address and select the appropriate address or add a new one.
If your order has already been placed please follow the procedure in Can I change my order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address after an order is placed.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour/in the garden?
We are happy to forward your request on to DHL. Please use the comments box if you require alternative delivery arrangements.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently Racing Green is only accepting orders from within the UK. However this may change in the future, so please check back.
This includes the Republic of Ireland.

I have just placed my order
Can I change my order?
Please go to your order history (you will need to be logged in). Please click on 'Contact us about this order' and provide us with the following information:
- Select an appropriate department (usually support)
- What you would like to change, eg delivery address.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes you request. One of our customer services team will contact you to let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the goods once you receive them.

Can I track my order?
We aim to deliver your goods to you within 2-3 Working Days if you select the standard service and Next Day if you have selected our express service after the goods have been despatched. If they have not arrived within 4 working days, please select the order status department on the contact us page and provide us with your order id to help us track the order for you.
